OUR HISTORY Paul Husband, our founder and managing director, has 17 years experience as a retail centre specialist in Asia. He launched and marketed Swire Properties’ flagship retail centres, Pacific Place and Festival Walk. Through Husband Retail, Paul has brought some of the world’s most glamorous brands to Asia and has helped create many of the region’s most prestigious shopping centres.

Paul is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres and founding member of the Urban Land Institute’s Hong Kong chapter. He is also a member of the Asian faculty of the International Council of Shopping Centres. He was recently invited to join the YEO, the world’s leading young entrepreneurs organisation.
